General inference-A feeble trough of low pressure over Ireland and west Scotland is moving south-east. Weather will be mainly fine but a narrow belt of rain associated with the trough will cross most districts during the day, some rain is expected in the west and North tomorrow. It will be rather cold.
Further outlook-Some rain in the North and west but fair in the South-east and south.
At 0600 on the 28th-westerly airflow in most areas. Occlusion moving into Ireland and W.Scotland. Winds to F6 on west coasts. Coldest place is Gorleston on 33°F (0.6°C) and the warmest is Valentia on 50°F (10.0°C). The lowest minimum overnight was 31°F (-0.6°C) at Boxted, W.Raynham and Yeovilton whilst the highest minimum was 47°F (8.3°C) at Valentia. Highest daytime maximum on the previous day was 50°F (10.0°C) at Plymouth, Scilly, Fairwood and Holyhead. The lowest maximum was 40°F (4.4°C) at Dalwhinnie.
